We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Application Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and incident resolution of Amplitude banking software projects.

OBJECTIVE PROJECT MANAGER/APPLICATIONS MANAGER

The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering, expertise in SQL, and experience in software incident management. This position requires a combination of technical skills, project management expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT MANAGER/APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Application Management and Optimization

• Oversee the maintenance, improvement and performance optimization of Amplitude banking software.
• Ensure the proper functioning and resolution of incidents of critical banking applications.
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. 

Project Management and Implementation

• Lead and coordinate projects related to Amplitude banking software, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business, to define project requirements and objectives. PROJECT MANAGER/APPLICATION MANAGER
• Develop project plans, monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Incident Management and Troubleshooting PROJECT MANAGER/APPLICATION MANAGER

• Identify, analyze and resolve incidents related to Amplitude software.
• Work closely with technical teams and vendors to deliver rapid solutions.
• Take a proactive approach to prevent system failures and optimize performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering or computer science, with a specialization in software engineering.
• Experience working on projects involving Amplitude banking software.
• Prior experience in Amplitude incident management is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills 

• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Developer.
• Understanding of banking software architecture and database management.
• Ability to effectively analyze and resolve software problems.
