Activities and responsibilities
Project coordination
• Liaison between all stakeholders
• Overall monitoring of the production of cultural events
• Coordination with the deputy director
Administrative and logistics management
• Organization of transport (teams and equipment)
• Customs formalities and insurance
• Logistics for welcoming artists and technicians
• Management of programming sheets
Technical production
• Assistance to technical and administrative departments
• Coordination of technical aspects
• Monitoring of schedules and negotiation with service providers
Profile sought
Training
• Project management, cultural administration or equivalent
Experience
• Proven experience in cultural production
• Management of cultural projects
• Knowledge of the Cameroonian cultural sector desired
