We are looking for a Management Controller M/F based: Cameroon

Job description:

The main missions of the Management Controller are to ensure control of all CAMI accounting and financial operations and provide assistance in terms of accounting and budgetary management.

Activities :

 

 

  •  Ensure the application and compliance with management procedures in internal Services and Company Agencies:
  •  Regular reminder of management procedures and monitoring of their daily application;
  •  Discuss with service managers and business line managers on questions specific to management control and finance;
  • Learn about good accounting practices.
  •  Carry out financial or operational control missions in Sectors and internal Services:
  • Ensure that the accounting reliability objective is achieved
  • Monitoring of general expenses;
  • Assistance and advice mission on financial matters;
  • Analysis/Correction of internal invoicing;
  •  Optimization and control of fuel consumption (Vehicles and Generators) and monitoring Issuance of fuel cards;
  • Contradictory check of the funds;
  • Establishment Forecast CAMI (weekly turnover report);
  •  Monitoring and establishment of DAI (Investment Authorization Request)/DAC (Transfer Authorization Request) Headquarters;
  •  Implementation of monitoring of re-invoicing payments from Training Centers (Motors, equipment);
  •  Intermediate tables for the preparation of the annual budget (Insurance, Schooling of expatriates’ children, plane tickets.).
  •  Carry out studies of files entrusted by the Administrative and Financial Manager or the Administrative and Financial Director
  • Participate in the development of management methods:
  •  Establish a set of guidelines, models, techniques that guide Internal Services and Corporate Agencies to manage their activities in the best possible way while guaranteeing optimal performance;
  • Identify resource risks and constraints.
  • Perform the analytical review

 

Check FINANCIAL CUBE # INCADEA data and correct imputation errors;
Ensure the consistency of the numerical information and thus highlight significant errors on the periodic income statement.

Participate in monthly accounting closing work

Profile sought:

 

  • Hold at least a BAC+4 in Audit and Controller
  • Have at least 04 years of experience in a similar position
  • Mastery of general accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of financial management
  • Good knowledge of OHADA accounting law
  • Good knowledge of the General Tax Code / Finance Law
  • Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Relational and communicational ease
  • Integrity
