The ARNO Group is recruiting for its subsidiary ARNO TECHNOLOGIE (AT): 01 CVD/PLB BUSINESS MANAGER M/F .

Position location  : Douala

 




 

MISSIONS

The CVD/PLB Business Manager organizes, manages, controls and coordinates the interventions of his teams, in conjunction with the company’s subcontractors and suppliers. Once the contract is concluded with the client, he/she ensures the proper execution and monitoring of the business: he/she supervises the technical studies and costing, the construction of the site, and is responsible for financial management . Furthermore, he/she is required to commercially develop the activity and optimize current projects.

ACTIVITES

A commercial function:

Develop a client portfolio.

  • Represent and defend the company’s interests to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare quotes, etc.
  • Write and respond to calls for tenders (complete development of a call for tenders file (Administrative, technical and financial).
  • Activity reporting.

A managerial function:

  • Validate the necessary resources position by position: material, personnel and administrative.
  • Ensure the authorizations of your team.
  • Enforce safety rules by ensuring individual and collective means and equipment.
  • Ensure relationships between the different departments: design office, purchasing, store, works teams, etc.
  • Validate the phasing of the operation, the task planning, the team assignment.
  • Structuring appropriate resources at each stage.

A manager function:

  • Participate in the development of the annual budget and the monitoring of investments.
  • Ensure contractual and legal monitoring of contracts (technical and administrative monitoring of a market, opening and closing with provision of minutes and lifting of deposits).
  • Manage invoicing and monitor collections within the established budget.

Evaluate the project as a whole

 




 

A technical function:

  • Identify positions and technologies/technology monitoring.
  • Evaluate the project as a whole.
  • Have the preliminary project plans produced and carry out the complete study of the file.
  • Propose or arbitrate technical options within a global vision of the operation.

 

PROFILE

Hold a minimum license in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience at a manager level would be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business opportunities and sensitivity to customer satisfaction.
  • Digital skills and good level of computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of English would be an asset.
