The ARNO Group is recruiting for its subsidiary ARNO GLOBAL BEVERAGES (AGB) is recruiting 01 PRIVATE CORPORATE SALES MANAGER M/F .
Position location : Yaoundé
MISSIONS
In order to strengthen its sales force team, the Company ARNO GLOBAL BEVERAGES is looking for a talented and passionate Private Corporate Sales Manager M/F to join our team based in Yaoundé. In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Department, the successful candidate will work on the development and execution of major account plans to achieve commonly defined objectives. Sell in all distribution channels, all supermarkets and convenience stores, retail outlets, hotels, stylish clubs and bars, etc.
ACTIVITIES
- Obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning daily work in order to reach all existing outlets.
- Adjust the content of sales presentations by studying the type of point of sale
- Concentrate your sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of authorized resellers.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product documentation.
- Keep management informed of its activities and results
- Present reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and various analyzes
- Monitor competition by collecting current market information on prices, new products, delivery times, benchmarking techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, services and policy evaluation results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions; preparation of reports; make recommendations to management
- Improve professional and technical knowledge by participating in training workshops, establishing personal networks and participating in professional associations.
PROFILE
Hold a BTS/DUT in Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or any equivalent diploma and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, especially in the wine and spirits sector.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge in the wine & spirits sector
- Knowledge of luxury commercial spaces
- Solid skills in digital, social networks and communication
- Excellent command of the office pack
- Knowledge of English/French would be an asset
QUALITIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure good customer relationship management
- Listening skills to understand the needs of customers or prospects
- Organizational qualities in order to define action priorities and allocation of resources
- Good resistance to stress, endurance in work
- Sense of negotiation and diplomacy to interact with different interlocutors
- Flexibility, availability, mobility: working days are Monday to Saturday, with flexible break times. The position may require travel to Cameroon.
