Missions and Responsibilities
General Objective
Implement community asset creation (fish farming, poultry), cash transfers, agricultural input distributions, and monitor income-generating activities (AGR/AVEC).
Responsibilities:
- Mobilize communities and supervise cash/nutrition distributions.
- Monitor fish/poultry farms and community fields.
- Train beneficiaries and manage complaints.
- Consolidate daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with humanitarian standards.
Data Management:
- Collect and submit data to the MEAL Officer.
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Education: BAC+1 in Pisciculture or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in community mobilization.
- Experience in fish/poultry farming.
Languages: - Fluency in French (written/spoken).
- Proficiency in a local language (Arabic, Kanuri, etc.).
Skills/Attitudes: - Knowledge of AGR/AVEC and participatory development approaches.
- Motorcycle license (Category A) is mandatory.

Location: Mokolo, Mora, Logone-Birni, Yagoua
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD)
Contract Duration: 7 months
Availability: Immediate
