RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Our client is a major player in the automotive – equipment sector in Cameroon. As
part of its rapid growth, we are looking for an
ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGER (CDI, Douala)  no later than September 17, 2025 at 5 p.m.
Reference: MKK/250902/RAF
To supervise and strengthen its accounting and financial operations.
He/She will be the pillar of financial health. His/Her expertise will ensure tax and regulatory compliance
, while his/her strategic vision will guide investment and growth decisions
.
His/Her main missions:
 Supervise all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and
annual closings.
 Ensure compliance with accounting norms and standards, tax policies and
regulations in force and specific to the automotive sector.

 Ensure the correct accounting of revenues and expenses
 Manage cash flows, track investments and produce
financial forecasts.
 Manage and track departmental, project and organizational budgets; contribute
to monthly financial reporting needs.
 Coach and develop the finance and accounting team, promoting an
inclusive, collaborative and high-performance culture.
 Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide
strategic recommendations to management.
 Propose innovative financial solutions and optimize internal processes.
 Actively participate in external audits and ensure the rigor of financial reporting.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
The successful candidate must:
 Hold a Bac+3 to 5 in Finance, Accounting, Audit or related field
(Master/CPA/CFA preferred).
 In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and norms
Expertise
 At least 7 years of financial experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or
financial management position.
 Strong expertise in tax and financial management, ideally in the automotive
/ equipment sector.
 Experience in managing audits and supervising annual audits
 Advanced skills in data management and analysis.

 Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, advanced expertise in Excel.
 Good practice in financial software (Sage Intacct, BILL).
 Perfectly bilingual in French and English
 Excellent communication skills
