CUSTOMS DECLARANT
An import-export professional, the customs declarant acts as a liaison between our clients and
exit and entry formalities in a country. He/she is the guarantor of the proper circulation
of goods, from their dispatch to their reception.
Main missions and tasks
• Management of customs procedures
• Entry into Camcis/Eguce/BESC Regulations and all other platforms;
• Carry out the customs, tax and administrative formalities required to guarantee the smooth
movement of goods in transit;
• Mastery of the categories of IMP / ATN / END / EXP / Transit regimes • Intervene with the various customs administrations in order to manage and resolve customs
disputes • Depending on the nature of the goods, deal with insurance contracts, health certificates or various certificates • Ensure the constant updating of information concerning the progress of files and warn your hierarchy of possible incidents (delays, blockages, etc.) in procedures • Regularly inform yourself about customs regulations Reporting • Maintain dashboards relating to its activities Labor relations You will be placed under the hierarchical authority of the General Director. You will belong to the Customs-Transit Department and will work closely with the logistics department and ordering customers. Profile sought • Have at least 5 years of professional experience in the customs/transit sector • Have a minimum Baccalaureate with a CAMCIS diploma • Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures as well as customs legislation and techniques • Have a good knowledge of law customs, tax procedures and international business law • Have perfect command of IT tools (Office Pack, Gsuite, etc.) • Have a sense of rigor and organization • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills • Know work under pressure • Know how to work in a team • Know how to work in an organized manner • Be perfectly bilingual Creation of file Send your CV as well as your diplomas: recruitment@soprotrans.com Application deadline: March 10, 2024 NB • Know how to assert yourself while remaining true… All the references on your CV will be checked • Having a good address book in the logistics sector is a major asset
