AURE RH RECRUITMENT SERVICES SARL , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of a consulting firm, one of its clients, a DATA ANALYST (Power BI Expert).
Job title: DATA ANALYST (Power BI Expert) M/F.
Main mission:
The Data Analyst specializing in the use of Power BI is responsible for managing and optimizing data flows, as well as creating dynamic dashboards to support clients’ strategic decision-making.
Main activities:
- Data collection (identify data sources and collaborate with the IT team);
- Data cleaning and transformation (Power Query, SQL etc.);
- Data modeling (DAX language, table structure, etc.);
- Creation of dashboards and interactive reports, proposing performance indicators according to needs;
- Analysis of descriptive and/or predictive data and possibly making recommendations;
- Collaboration with business teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, etc.);
- Process optimization and automation (Continuous improvement)
- Monitoring and maintenance of BI solutions (Analyze usage level, monitor and maintain existing dashboards;
- Technological monitoring and innovation (proposing improvements taking into account the evolution of BI tools);
- Internal documentation and reporting (reporting on project progress, documenting internal processes, etc.).
Profile :
- Diploma: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or any other related field;
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years in the field of data analysis would be a plus;
- A Power BI or Business Intelligence certification would be an asset.
Analytical and methodological skills:
- Strong data analysis skills , with an ability to identify trends and anomalies;
- Ability to interpret data and present it in reports that are understandable to non-specialists;
- Knowledge of project management methods (experience in BI project management would be a plus).
Interpersonal skills and communication:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams (accounting, finance, IT, management);
- Ability to popularize technical concepts to end users;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments to understand and meet their analytical needs.
