*Recruitment notice for ELECTRICIANS and SALES REPRESENTATIVES*

We are looking for:

1. Sales Representatives

   – *Missions*:  
     ∙ Prospect and retain professional or private customers.  
     ∙ Promote our technical and energy solutions.  
     ∙ Develop quotes and negotiate contracts.  

   – *Required profile*:  
     . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commercial action or an equivalent diploma
     ∙ Minimum sales experience 02 years    
     ∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
     . Must have a mix of commercial, interpersonal and analytical skills to identify and exploit new growth opportunities

     . Excellent communicator: ability to present ideas in a clear and impactful manner.
     . Persuasive and interpersonal skills: ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
     . Autonomy and resilience: perseverance in the face of challenges and the ability to bounce back after failure.
     . Entrepreneurial spirit: ability to innovate and test new business approaches.
     . Flexibility: adapt to market developments and customer needs.
     . International culture: openness to foreign markets and understanding of cultural specificities in business.

2. Electricians  
   – *Missions*:  
     ∙ Carry out electrical installations, repairs and upgrades.  
     ∙ Intervene on industrial sites.  
     ∙ Guarantee the safety and quality of interventions.  

   – *Required profile*:  
     ∙ minimum BTS or LICENCE in electrical engineering or electrical engineer  
     ∙ Minimum 5 years’ experience in building or industrial electricity.  
     ∙ Manual dexterity and technical rigor.  
A- Technical skills

• Mastery of electrical installations: knowing how to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Wiring and connection: installation and maintenance of electrical circuits, electrical panels, sockets, lighting, etc.

• Diagnosis and repair of faults: identification of malfunctions and rapid intervention.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations
• Use of specialized tools: multimeter, clamp meter, current testers, etc.

B- Physical conditions and safety

• Good physical condition: working at height, awkward postures, carrying loads, etc.
• Strict compliance with safety rules: wearing personal protective equipment (insulating gloves, helmet, glasses, etc.).

C- Personal qualities

• Rigor and precision: an error can lead to serious risks (fires, electrocution).
• Reactivity and adaptability: knowing how to intervene quickly and adapt to different environments (buildings, industries, public networks, etc.).
• Good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with clients and other trades on a construction site.
• Work independently or in a team: depending on the missions, he must be able to work alone or collaborate with other professionals.
