MISSIONS:
Analyze and exploit the economic and financial data of the company, to proceed to the optimization of the results and the explanation of the differences which can exist between the budget envisaged and that carried out.
Participate in decision-making by creating tools such as dashboards, and building financial information that is made available to senior management or shareholders.

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1- Coordinate the development of budgets and input of these budgets into the management software
Development of procedures and budget monitoring tools
Assist the various departments in the development of their budgets
Proceed with the collection, analysis and to the centralization of these budgets before transmitting them to the hierarchy for arbitration

Is accountable for the respect of the deadlines
Is in charge of the introduction in SAP of the budgets after adoption
Must define the controls to be carried out, the indicators to be put in place and the reporting framework intended for General Management
2- Control of analytical allocations
Ensure that expenses and income are allocated to their appropriate centers and natures,
3- Control of commitments in relation to budgets
Prior analyzes of compliance with budgets. Otherwise subject to the appreciation of the hierarchy
Using the dashboards put in place, determine monthly the level of execution of the budgets by department or service
Encourage the quarterly revision of the budgets if necessary
4- Determination of the bases of evaluation of the elements of the company’s balance sheet
Analyze the input components of fixed assets
Analyze the condition and viability of fixed assets recorded in the balance sheet
5- CMP analysis of materials, consumables, semi-finished products and finished products
Validate the calculation of the input costs of materials and consumables
Validate the CMP calculation at each level of implementation of these materials and consumables, going through semi-finished products to finished products
Determine the cost of production and distribution of products marketed
Commercially
Check the reliability of the calculations variables of the sales teams and sales force
S’ensure compliance of commercial objectives with financial ambitions
Other
Supervise and control accounting closures;
Provide for accounting the extra-accounting elements to be integrated into the results to reflect the economic reality of the activity.

KNOWLEDGE
• Academic level: BACC + 4/5 in Finance/Accounting and Management Control.
• Professional experience: 10 years of experience in a similar position. Having worked in the FMCG sector would be a plus.
