Our client is a major player in the automotive – equipment sector in Cameroon. As
part of its rapid growth, we are looking for a
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR (CDI, Douala)
Reference: MKK/250903/HRM
Experienced and passionate to join its dynamic team
He / She will lead the HR department and act as a strategic partner to the
General Management, while ensuring compliance with Cameroonian legislation,
skills development in a positive and inclusive work environment.
His / Her main missions:
 Define and manage the HR strategy aligned with the company’s objectives to support
its growth.
 Develop and update HR policies and procedures
 Ensure compliance with Cameroonian labor legislation and advise
management on legal aspects.
 Supervise the HR team and promote their professional development.
 Manage grievances and resolve conflicts by promoting a harmonious social climate.

 Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and implement
talent management strategies
.  Promote an inclusive organizational culture and staff engagement initiatives
.
 Develop and implement continuous training programs.
 Oversee the performance appraisal system to drive
overall performance and advise on related issues.

 Monitor HR indicators and report to management.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
The successful candidate must:
 Hold a Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Master’s degree preferred) in Human Resources, Law
(social, labor), management or equivalent
 Have 7 to 8 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally acquired
in the automotive sector
Know- how
 Mastery of labor law and social regulations in Cameroon
 Experience working in a multicultural environment

 Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively with diplomacy and sensitivity
 Perfectly bilingual in English and French.
 Oral and written communication skills.
Soft skills:
 Leadership and team management
 Team spirit
 Exemplary integrity and confidentiality.
 Adaptability.
 Good interpersonal skills.
