GRAPHICS SYSTEM: We are recruiting a Human Resources Management Assistant
GRAPHICS SYSTEM is a company made up of several departments which constitute an integral graphics chain. Pre-press, Offset printing, Screen printing, Digital printing, Signage workshop (light box, roll up, flag, pop-up, banners, etc.) and advertising items.
Academic Level
Bac + 3 in Human Resources Management
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources management
Skills and Qualities
Knowledge of personnel administration
Good knowledge of IT tools: World, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
Ability to work in a team
Rigorous, sociable and professional
Volunteer and available
Ability to work under pressure
Assets Knowledge
of an ERP
Experience in an industrial company
Knowledge of PowerPoint and advanced functions in Excel
