RESEARCH PROFILE
As part of the strengthening of its activities, the Central African Stock Exchange is looking for a Reference Administration Officer within the Markets Department.
1- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the application of regulations within the Markets Department (DM)
Ensure the integrity and compliance of the BVMAC rating system Reference Manual
Request additional information if necessary and monitor
Reference Manual
Check and validate the information entered in the “RCE” application as well as the operations monitoring register
Test the Creations / Deletions / Modifications of the Reference Manual before going into
Production
Manage the instructions and procedure sheets relating to the Reference Manual
Monitor and control the consistency of the Reference Manual in all modules of the rating system
Ensure the application of Regulations and Procedures
Manage documentation and archiving
Have the ability to be versatile in all DM positions
Ensure compliance with the BVMAC security charter
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.;
Bac +3 minimum in Finance;
Professional experience of at least one year in finance, ideally in the capital market sector and more particularly in a brokerage firm or a similar institution,
Good knowledge of the principles of financial markets, the regulations applicable to CEMAC financial markets;
Mastery of IT tools and office software;
Rigor, organization, autonomy and sense of responsibility;
Ability to work under pressure •
Ability to work in a team;
Good written and oral communication skills;
IT skills and/or application management would be an asset
