Les Boissons du Cameroun launches a call for external applications for the post
of Mechanic classified in 6th category.
 Missions / Responsibilities / Activities

» Apply and bring to life industrial principles according to SABC standards;
» Implement the procedures, work instructions, preventive and
corrective action plans relating to the maintenance process and apply the preventive maintenance ranges
, in order to increase the life of the equipment;
» Respect the rules of quality, hygiene, safety, security, health, and environment of its
perimeter;
» Carry out inspections, control the parameters and ensure the normal operating conditions
of the machines by structured daily rounds in its perimeter

Apply the methods (TPM, 5S, CMMS, PAC, etc.), in order to optimize the reliability of the
equipment of production;
» Identify and treat mechanical anomalies in a timely manner in order to reduce
unplanned downtime (TANP) of the production tool;
» Control the realization of the works/projects carried out by the external workshops or the subcontractors placed under his authority;
» Define the spare parts supply needs and submit them to
the appreciation of his direct hierarchy;
» Make periodic reports of his scope, distribute them to his superior and
record all his maintenance activities in DimoMaint;
» Contribute to the reduction of failure costs through rapid, effective interventions and
the useful and relevant consumption of spare parts.
 Skills / Requirements / Qualities
» Justify a minimum experience of 02 years in the field;
» Justify a Bachelor’s degree in mechanics or equivalent;
» Having been a service provider or temporary on one of the SABC Group sites would be an advantage.
Knowledge

» Mechanics;
» Hydraulic/pneumatic;
» Operation of industrial equipment;
» Operation of safety equipment.
» Food risks.
Know-how
» Reading and understanding of industrial diagrams;
» Checkout/uncheckout equipment;
» Brewing techniques;
» IT applications (DimoMaint/Pack Office); Control of industrial risks.

 Candidate Profile
» Level of experience: Experienced
» Years of experience: Between 2 and 3 years
» Minimum Academic Level: Baccalaureate
