Recruitment notice: SALES DIRECTOR
RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Our client is a benchmark in the automotive – equipment sector. As part of its
expansion, we are looking for a
SALES DIRECTOR (CDI, Douala) no later than September 17, 2025 at 5 p.m.
Reference: MKK/250901/DCL
Talented and visionary to join its management team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead their sales team towards achieving and
exceeding revenue targets, while ensuring the development of their
skills and strengthening their presence in the Cameroonian market.
Your main missions:
Define and implement the commercial strategy in order to stimulate turnover.
Manage and coach the sales team, to create a culture of performance and
collaboration.
Analyze market trends and competition, to identify new
commercial opportunities and propose strategic areas for development.
Collaborate with management and other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to
set sales targets. monitor performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers and
strategic partners.
Ensure smooth communication in French and English, both internally and with
external partners.
Monitor sales performance, produce reports and suggest
improvements
REQUIRED PROFILE:
The successful candidate must
– Be over 35 years old
– Hold a Bac+3/Degree to Bac+5 degree (ideally Master’s degree) in business, sales,
marketing, or equivalent.
Know-how
– Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, including a minimum of 5 years in a
similar position, and in the same sector (automotive / equipment).
– Very good knowledge of the Cameroonian market and local economic dynamics
– Ability to train, develop and unite a team
– Strategic planning.
– Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
– Bilingual French – English, written and spoken
