INTRODUCTION
KidAid Cameroon is a non-profit, apolitical, non-
denominational humanitarian association focused on volunteering; created on March 27, 2003 and
registered on July 1, 2003 in the Mfoundi prefecture (Yaoundé) as part
of initiatives to combat HIV/AIDS, particularly taking into account
the specific impact of the pandemic on children.
While remaining very sensitive to the issue of children affected by HIV/AIDS,
the association has opened up to broader issues of health, education, and the
socio-economic well-being of vulnerable populations, both urban and rural, in
a family-centered approach for the benefit of children and adolescents.
As part of its activities and to strengthen its online presence, the association
wishes to recruit a Webmaster responsible for the management, development, and
optimization of its various websites and digital tools.




MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Webmaster will be responsible for the following missions:
• Creation and development of sites and applications: Design and
develop websites for the association and its consulting firm.
• Process management and optimization: Define and monitor
performance indicators for the various digital tools. Identify and implement
solutions to optimize the user experience on the website.
• Web performance management: Ensure technical monitoring to
guarantee the proper functioning of the sites, identify and resolve bugs, and
propose regular technical improvements to optimize the
performance of digital tools.
• Implementation of digital marketing strategies: Design and implement
emailing and marketing automation strategies, generate
leads and increase the digital impact of the association and its consulting firm
. Integrate HTML solutions for sending emails and
campaign management.
• Continuous improvement: Propose technical and strategic developments
of the website based on user feedback and
the association’s objectives.

REQUIRED PROFILE
Technical skills:
• Web development languages: Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript,
Flash, PHP.
• Databases and management: Proficiency in MySQL, PhpMyAdmin.
• Site creation and management tools: Experience with Dreamweaver,
Visual Basic.
• Graphic design software: Good command of Photoshop, InDesign,
Illustrator, or any other similar tool.
• Office tools: Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft
Office suite, Google Suite).




RECRUITMENT TERMS
• Type of contract: Internship or fixed-term contract with possibility of advancement.
• Duration: To be defined according to needs.
• Work location: Yaoundé
• Availability: Immediate.
