NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER URGENTLY FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ONE (01) PSYCHOLOGIST TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO SURVIVORS OF GBV WITHIN THE COMMUNITY LEGAL CLINIC (CJC)/DROP IN CENTER (DIC) OF THE SOUTHWEST AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE HIV-TB GRANT (COMMUNITY PREVENTION COMPONENT) OF THE GLOBAL FUND FOR PERIOD 2024 -2026.

CARE International in Cameroon has been selected by the National Coordinating Mechanism as the Principal Recipient of Civil Society for the HIV-TB grant (Community Prevention component) for the period 2024-2026. To this end, CARE International in Cameroon has selected JOIN ACTING PROCESS FOR THE SUCCESS OF SUSTAINABLE OBJECTIVES to act as Sub-Recipient-HUMAN RIGHTS.
JOIN ACTING PROCESS FOR THE SUCCESS OF SUSTAINABLE OBJECTIVES invites psychologists who have experience in psychological care and psychosocial support for victims/survivors of violence in the context of health projects funded by external donors to withdraw the tender documents upon request to the email and/or geographical addresses below.

Withdrawal of the tender documents
The ToR of the call for tenders can be withdrawn from the Executive Directorate of the NGO JAPSSO located at Boulevard URSS Bastos Yaoundé, on the 5th floor of the building located between the Embassy of Spain and the Embassy of Russia during working days and hours or upon request by email to recrutementcjc2023@gmail.com ;

Receipt of files
Each tender submission file, written in French or English, presented in one (1) single original copy and two (2) Copies must be submitted, in a sealed and anonymous envelope against discharge no later than April 4, 2025 at 3:30 p.m.

Two methods of submitting the tender file are permitted, including a physical submission; the bidder must ensure that they have signed the submission form. The envelope must bear the following mention: Reference No. 003/JAPSSO/GC7/HUMAN RIGHTS/202/Southwest Region. But also a digital submission of the offer in a zip file to the address recrutementcjc2023@gmail.com.
