1. SITE MANAGERS (M/F) – ALTERNANCE

– Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon

– Availability: Immediate

Missions:

Assist in the planning and monitoring of work on site
Participate in the coordination of teams and subcontractors

Ensure the proper application of safety and quality standards
Carry out reporting and administrative monitoring of projects

Required profile:

Graduate or in the process of completing training (Bac+3/Bac+5) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge of construction and site management techniques
Organizational and team management skills
Initiative and willingness to learn

2. CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) – ALTERNANCE

– Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon

– Availability: Immediate

Missions:

Participate in the management and monitoring of construction projects
Develop technical plans and documents
Ensure coordination between the various stakeholders in the project
Monitor costs, deadlines and quality standards
Contribute to the optimization of work processes

Required profile:

Graduate or in the process of completing training (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Good command of project management and design tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)

Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Strong interest in project management and construction
