*RECRUITMENT OF TWENTY-EIGHT (28) SPECIALIZED CONSULTANTS TO SUPPORT YOUNG BENEFICIARIES AND THOSE INVOLVED IN IMPLEMENTING THE THREE-YEAR SPECIAL YOUTH PLAN (TYSYP).*

•  Candidates will be selected after file analysis, on the basis of the following criteria;
• character;
• number of years of professional experience;
• level of qualification;
• professional qualities and skills.

COMPENSATION OF THE SPECIALIZED CONSULTANTS

•  For the fulfillment of their missions, the Specialized Consultants will receive fees, as well as transport and communication allowances, up to a maximum amount defined in their respective contracts.
•  In addition, at the end of their service, the Specialized Consultants will each receive an attestation duly signed by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education.

CONSTITUTION OF THE APPLICATION FILE

The application file shall include the following documents:

•  a duly completed application form, which can be downloaded from the National Youth Observatory’s website at www.onjcameroun.cm or obtained from the MINJEC’s Mail Service, located in the administrative center or in the Regional Delegation of Youth Affairs and Civic Education;
•  a copy of the candidate’s highest diploma, or any other document attesting the candidate’s competence;
• a letter of motivation duly signed by the candidate:
• a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV):
•  a residence certificate duly signed by the relevant administrative or municipal authority:
• any formal proof justifying the information contained in the CV;
• a certificate of non-conviction.
