Restaurant Manager (M/F)

Location: Douala, Cameroon Company: Foyer Foka Restaurant Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have successful experience in restaurant management and will be able to propose innovative ideas and strategies to develop turnover.

Main Missions:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant;
  • Supervise and motivate the dining room and kitchen staff;
  • Guarantee excellent customer service and manage complaints if necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;
  • Manage stocks, orders, and relationships with suppliers;
  • Propose and implement strategies to increase turnover and optimize profitability;
  • Monitor the restaurant’s performance and make decisions to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Required Profile:

  • Confirmed experience as a restaurant manager;
  • Ability to innovate and propose strategies to develop turnover;
  • Good leadership, communication, and organization skills;
  • Keen sense of customer service and satisfaction;
  • Autonomy and decision-making ability.
