We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sales-After-Service (SAS) Technician to join our growing team in Douala.

Job Summary

As a Sales-After-Service Technician at Glotelho, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support for our electronics and appliance products. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electronic devices within the warranty period. You will also work closely with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations and solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing repair services for out-of-warranty products at a quoted fee.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer reported issues with electronics and appliances.

• Repair in-warranty electronics and appliances according to manufacturer’s specifications and safety guidelines.

• Replace defective parts using genuine components.

• Perform preventative maintenance checks to identify potential issues and ensure optimal product performance.

• Provide clear explanations and solutions to customers regarding repairs and troubleshooting processes.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales process.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and repair procedures for electronics and appliances.

• Provide repair services for out-of-warranty products at a quoted fee, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Trade school diploma in electronics or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics repair (required).

• Strong understanding of electronic components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive, customer-oriented, and focused on delivering exceptional service.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to lift and maneuver moderate weight.

• Valid driver’s license (a plus).
