Core Mission

Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets in our service center while delivering exceptional customer service.

Technical Skills:

o Disassembly/reassembly without damage

o Accurate diagnostics (screens, batteries, charging ports, water damage)

o Proficiency with testing software (3uTools, Samsung Tool Pro)

o Knowledge of spare parts and suppliers

Soft Skills

o Attention to detail

o Proactive problem-solving

o Customer service mindset (ability to explain technical issues simply)

Key Responsibilities

Repairs:

• Screen, battery, and charging port replacements

• Software troubleshooting (resets, flashing)

• Warranty repairs

Quality Control:

• Pre-delivery testing

• Anti-static/dust protocols compliance
