Mission Description 
Main Missions:

1. Prospecting and acquiring clients
2. Managing customer relationships
3. Negotiating quotes and/or contracts
4. Monitoring operations
5. Monitoring payments and collections
6. Market analysis
7. Reporting

Daily Activities:

1. Prospecting for new clients:
 Search for new potential clients by telephone, email or door-to-door visits in the field.
 Establishing and deploying strategy and action plan for prospecting and customer visits Carry out targeted sales visits with structured follow-up to get more profitability from each customer.

2. Customer meetings:
 Organize and participate in meetings with existing and potential customers to discuss their needs and propose suitable solutions.
 Carry out regular Customer Operations Reviews (weekly or monthly).
3. Negotiation:
 Negotiate the terms of quotations and/or contracts for our Transit, Transport and Logistics services with customers.
4. Monitoring the execution of services following Won Quotations:
 Ensure rigorous, proactive and collaborative monitoring of ongoing operations to reassure ourselves and guarantee the smooth running of the services undertaken, and where necessary find remedial solutions.

 Monitor each client’s activities on a daily basis, including their current and future ambitions, in order to support their growth and development.

5. Complaint and Dispute Management:
 Handle customer complaints as quickly as possible
 Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and rapid resolution of any problems and/or disputes that may arise.

6. Market Analysis:
 Systematically research and report all market and competitor information to management.
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt business strategies.

7. Reporting:
 Produce weekly and monthly reports on the business activities and performance of your client portfolio for management.
 Fill in the current CRM (COMONE): update of customer contacts, CAP (potential, won, achieved, etc.), the number of OTs received, current and/or completed activities, invoicing, disputes, recoveries, etc. and any useful information as provided by the system. . .

8. Continuing education:
 Keep informed of new regulations and innovations in the logistics and transport sector.
 Complete all mandatory training in AGL A’Academy.

 Actively participate in all training courses organized by the company.

Profile 
 Minimum BAC + 3/4 in Commercial Action, International Trade or any other equivalent diploma;
 Know how to present and sell commercial offers to customers and prospects;
 Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques; Ability to respond to objections;
 Good knowledge of the Transport, Transit and Freight Forwarding professions;
 Good knowledge of incoterms and quotations;
 Mastery of the English language is a highly valued asset;
 Mastery of the use of Office tools;
 Good communication and interpersonal skills;
 Good ability to analyze market trends and competition;
 Be organized and methodical;
 Be solution-oriented
