Description: The job mobility is open in all regions of Cameroon.
Main Missions:
- Ensure the commercial development of their area of competence;
- Develop new markets through prospecting new clients;
- Ensure the management of their client portfolio and animate their market;
- Ensure the management and development of their team;
- Ensure the reporting of their activity.
Activities and Responsibilities of the Position: Ensure the commercial development of their area of competence:
- Ensure the achievement of their commercial objectives (B2B, Equipment Sales);
- Accompany their resources to prospect target clients for the commercialization of offers based on their needs;
- Massively recruit TPE Companies, PRO, and Associations.
Develop new markets through prospecting new clients:
- Develop and implement a telephone and field prospecting plan for defined targets;
- Analyze market reactions and sales evolution to decide on commercial optimization actions in their area;
- Conduct client visits and close leads generated by their team.
Ensure the management of their client portfolio and animate their market:
- Keep up to date and update client files in their geographic area;
- Transmit requests from their area for better handling;
- Ensure the smooth running of B2B activities in their area;
- Follow the service activation with sales support, ensure its delivery and client accompaniment in taking control;
- Report field information and that of the competition;
- Actively participate in deployments (morning briefings, group shots, MIT, JPO, etc.) and all other DOB projects.
Ensure the management and development of their team:
- Supervise and coach the resources in their area of competence;
- Ensure the achievement of their individual and collective objectives;
- Follow their achievements as well as those of their resources;
- Effectively organize field deployments of their team.
Ensure the reporting of their activity:
- Make a daily report of their activity;
- Present to their hierarchy a weekly and monthly analytical report;
- Report field information and that of the competition.
Skills/Responsibilities: Job Profile:
- Hold a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s +2/3 in Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Distribution, or Management;
- Have one (01) year of professional experience in a sales-dominant position;
- Master sales and negotiation techniques;
- Have ease in using mobile tools and sales applications;
- Have a good capacity to do precise and regular reporting;
- Excellent knowledge of business relationships between companies;
- Good proven negotiation skills to conclude partnerships and sales;
- Good capacity to develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients;
- Master the official languages (French/English);
- Have knowledge of the technical environment;
- Have a good capacity for stress management and adaptation;
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
- Resilience in the face of objectives and pressure;
- Sense of listening and client service;
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization.
