Responsibilities

Recruitment and training

•  Research, identify and recruit a network of sales agents who will be able to bring prospects to the company

 Team management

•  Monitor lead generation and sales performance of sub-sales agents
•  Coordinate after-sales service to ensure brand strength and customer satisfaction

 Sales

•  Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to own and exceed performance indicators and implement the company’s sales strategy
•  Ensure that the required actions are implemented to achieve sales objectives
•  Connect with customers and communities, ensuring that all can act as conduits for product marketing

Educational requirements

Have a degree in sales or any similar field.

Experience requirements

+2 years of successful experience in sales

Additional requirements

•  Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas
•  Strong leadership abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills
•  Ability to think and plan strategically, to put in place the actions required to achieve the set results
•  Ability to work under deadline pressure and achieve objectives
•  Decision-making skills
•  Ability to handle pressure, achieve goals, maintain composure and handle customer objections
•  Be organized and an expert in time management – both on a personal and team level
