Required Level:

• BAC +5 (Masters) in Marketing and Distribution, Management, etc.

Experience:

•  Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Management, Banking-Finance, etc.

Type of contract: Permanent contract

MAIN MISSIONS:

•  Organize and coordinate the design and launch of new products (fast, electronic money, electronic packages);
•  Conduct regular reviews of the bank’s product ranges and offerings and guide efforts to adapt and improve the current offering;
•  Develop and supervise the deployment of marketing actions and campaigns:
•  Monitor the performance of Monétique, Packages and Digital Banking products, develop electronic money activity in accordance with the objectives set;
•  Supervise benchmarks and take part in the pricing review of the bank’s products;
•  Carry out operational and technological monitoring and monitor the regulatory aspects of the solutions managed;
•  Take on the role of expert and technical advisor to sales representatives for companies (VSEs) and individuals;
•  Coordinate the monitoring and implementation of audit and internal control recommendations;
•  Coordinate the identification and reporting of operational incidents as well as maintaining the risk culture within its scope of activity;
•  Identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization of current processes based on internal analyses and market monitoring;
•  Drive and coordinate initiatives and projects for continuous improvement or reengineering of business processes under supervision;
•  Prepare and deploy change management actions (awareness, training, communication, etc.)

PROFILE:

•  Bac+4/5 in Marketing and Distribution, Management, Banking-Finance;
•  Have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Management, Banking – Finance, Commerce;
•  Experience in Business Operations and Marketing or a similar position in a medium or large financial institution would be an asset;






• Fluency in French and/or English
