SENIOR HR MANAGER – BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING Cameroon
Activities
Participation in defining the HR strategy
Understanding and implementing the HR strategy defined by Management within the factory.
Determining flagship projects based on this strategy and the expectations of operational staff (bringing them up to management).
Proposing and validating the nature and schedule of HR projects with management.
Monitoring and controlling the payroll, recruitment and training process within the factory
Advice and support for operational staff
Responding to requests from operational staff on all areas of HR (labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, compensation, management of employee representative bodies, etc.).
Supporting managers in the application of labor law and in team development (recruitment, career management, etc.).
Support operational staff in their HR-related decisions (recruitment, dismissal, performance reviews, promotions, conflicts, social disputes, etc.), help them integrate HR variables into their strategic decisions.
Define and ensure operational staff apply all HR procedures.
Implement HR projects
Lead multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy: implementation of the HRIS, new organizational chart, working time planning, etc.
Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementations.
Implement HR monitoring and reporting tools.

Hygiene of staff members, employee facilities; training
Update of HR procedures and processes
Profile
Academic level: Bac +4/5 specialized in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Sociology, Psychology.
Professional experience: 5 years minimum in a similar or management position
Minimum age: 28 years
