Purpose of the position:

Act as a key client interface for project deployment activities, including the management of all internal and external resources.
Ensure that deployment activities are carried out within the scope of the contract and in accordance with the agreed schedule, specifications and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

MISSIONS

On the responsibility of the Technical Manager, you will have the following missions:

Participate in operational planning and project monitoring
Update operational activity dashboards

Monitor the costs of non-quality operations.
Participate in the analysis of failures and propose improvement solutions
Maintain / create documentation associated with our operation
