Description

Main Missions and Activities:

  •  Guarantee the development of sales and turnover by managing performance in the various sales channels (Agencies, Distribution Partners, other direct channels, BTL Partners for Door To Door, their teams) as well as customer satisfaction

o   Negotiate and commit to consistent levels of objectives and results across all priorities

o   Notify and decline the objectives of sales representatives and Partners, Monitor the results of the Sales Force and implement corrective actions where necessary

o   Lead and unite the sales teams around the general objectives of the company and the Orange Business management

o   Master the mechanisms linked to the allocation of the variable share of sellers

o   Manage activities with a strong vision of short and medium term results for each SoHo Coordinator or partner seller and ensure complete and periodic commercial reporting of their commercial activity and results

o   Set the objectives of his teams in agreement with his hierarchy

  •  Ensure the ongoing development of this activity, channels, adequacy of resources as well as coverage of defined areas in order to meet its commercial objectives

o   Develop a map of potential customers

o   Define a coverage plan

o   Develop sales channels

o   Manage Partner activities throughout the year and monitor payments for their services

o   Contribute to the business strategy, the entity’s operational action plans and the business through internal or external actions

o   Ensure feedback from Partners and FDV from other channels to the hierarchy (market developments, competing offers, needs expressed by customers)

o   Learn about SOHO/TPE developments listed on the market, in order to detect new prospects in establishments (customers or prospects)

o   Carry out monitoring of customer visits based on a prospecting plan previously defined by the partners

o   Maintain and update customer files

o   Provide, in consultation with the relevant departments, a solution to customer complaints and disputes

o   Establish permanent contacts with SOHO/VSE decision-makers in order to meet their needs

o   Carry out competitive monitoring (knowledge of sales levels achieved, network coverage, marketing actions developed by the competition

o   Inform your hierarchy of the internal development projects of the clients being monitored

o   Plan and organize regional sales meetings with minutes

  •  Ensure the ongoing development of the skills of the external sales teams of the various channels within its scope of activity throughout Cameroon

o   Manage activities with Partners by setting clear objectives and ensuring that KPIs are met. Ensure that their objectives are achieved.

o   Coordinate the activities of all sales forces under his responsibility in the SoHo Nationwide market segments

o   Continuously develop the professional skills of the salespeople in his team: individual development plans and coaching

o   Ensure the supervision, information and training of partners in the region

o   Analyze market reactions and sales trends in order to decide on commercial optimization actions

  •  Manage Internal Sales Resources under his responsibility

o   Continuously develop the professional skills of the internal resources of its team: individual development plans and coaching

o   Provide coaching to your team

o   Animate, motivate your colleagues and distribute objectives

o   Define training plans and ensure the development of team skills

o   Conduct a daily debriefing with your team

o   Plan and implement field support with your team

o   Audit the Sales Force’s commercial areas on a daily basis

o   Supervise the work of the sales assistant in conjunction with other managers

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications required:

Education : BAC + 4/5 Management / Finance / Business school, Marketing or equivalent

Minimum experience  : 3 to 4 years of experience in the sales field, including 2 ideally in a sales team coaching role
