MISSIONS:
- Provides telephone reception for customers
- Technical processing of client requests received by telephone
- Technical support and handling of customer complaints
- Participate in complementary activities such as: conducting satisfaction surveys, loyalty operations, updating data in the information system
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Telephone fluency, good speech
- Writing skills
- Easy use of office tools
- Persuasiveness, friendliness, diplomacy

PROFILE:
- Male / Female (21 to 35 years old)
- Have at least 06 (six) months of experience as a call centre agent
- Young graduate accepted (have at least a Bac + 2)
- Speaking English would be an asset
What we offer:
- Place of employment: Douala
- Type of contract: 2-year fixed-term contract (with 03-month trial)
- 40 hours of work per week
- Gross monthly salary to be negotiated according to profile
