As part of its growth and especially in order to continuously improve the customer experience of its subscribers and future subscribers, StarTimes Media Cameroon SA is recruiting a (01) Call Advisor.

MISSIONS:

• Provides telephone reception for customers
• Technical processing of client requests received by telephone
• Technical support and handling of customer complaints
• Participate in complementary activities such as: conducting satisfaction surveys, loyalty operations, updating data in the information system

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Telephone fluency, good speech
• Writing skills
• Easy use of office tools
• Persuasiveness, friendliness, diplomacy

PROFILE:

• Male / Female (21 to 35 years old)
• Have at least 06 (six) months of experience as a call centre agent
• Young graduate accepted (have at least a Bac + 2)
• Speaking English would be an asset

What we offer:

• Place of employment: Douala
• Type of contract: 2-year fixed-term contract (with 03-month trial)
• 40 hours of work per week
• Gross monthly salary to be negotiated according to profile
