SUPERVISOR
As part of the extension of its activities to the cities of Douala and Kribi, Ets PRESTALIG approved service provider of the Cameroon Drinks group (Formerly SABC) with regard to merchandising, preventive and curative maintenance of cold equipment, and supply of coolers is launching a recruitment for the position of Supervisor
Place of work: Douala
MISSIONS (non-exhaustive list):
-
- Ensure the planning of preventive and curative maintenance activities of the equipment fleet (Fridges, draft beer appliances)
- Ensure the monitoring and reporting of said activities to the SABC.
- Ensure the management of the teams (10 employees)
PROFILE
-
-
- Very good knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning (Minimum Baccalaureate F5)
- Holder of a B license (mandatory)
- Mastery of office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ensure the improvement of KPIs (average repair time, coverage rate, etc.)
- Good managerial skills
