Job Summary
Reporting to the Country Director, the role of the position is to manage the activities and team of the Supply Chain department.
The person will be responsible for planning, directing and supervising all activities related to Supply Chain and logistics, in order to guarantee an efficient and optimized flow of goods from suppliers to customers. These activities include Expediting, inventory control and logistics. Deploy continuous improvement based on the DOS system and contribute to the implementation of the Group’s strategy.
What will your responsibilities be?
Drive and execute continuous improvement projects to ensure the efficiency of Supply Chain functions, avoiding costly delays or missed sales opportunities.
Ensure the availability of materials, parts and components at the required locations, times and costs.
Ensure the timely delivery of parts and components to internal and external customers.
Supervise and guarantee the completion of physical inventories in accordance with company rules.
Optimize the productivity of the Supply Chain team.
Control and neutralize risks, while optimizing import costs.
Apply and enforce HR policies (recruitment, objective setting, performance evaluation, development and training plans, talent review, validation of leave and expense reports, among others.)

What is the profile sought?
Higher degree in logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the relevant field is required.
Knowledge of CEMAC customs regulations.
Proven experience in Supply Chain management, including Expediting, inventory management and operational logistics.
Proven managerial experience.
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written, is essential for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
