WE ARE HIRING! OFFICE ASSISTANT
We’re looking for a responsible and reliable assistant to join our fast-growing delivery team.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Must be bilingual (English & French)
Minimum of a GCE A’ Level certificate or Baccalaureate.
Teachable and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email, and basic office software
Detail-oriented with accurate data recording skills • Professional and polite in interactions with clients and colleagues
Bonus (Preferred)
An experience with filing systems, data entry, and handling correspondence is a plus
