RECRUITMENT CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
THE VISION IS RECRUITING A DYNAMIC AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER!
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES
Empathy and patience to handle client dissatisfaction.
Force of proposal to improve processes.
Methodical organization and priority management.
MAIN MISSIONS
Welcome, guide, and accompany clients throughout their journey.
Receive and handle requests, complaints, and client feedback professionally.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal services for smooth resolution of issues.
Monitor and analyze dashboards (complaints, client satisfaction).
Propose improvements to optimize client experience and resolve recurring issues.
PROFILE SOUGHT
3 years minimum experience in client service, complaint management, or client relations in a demanding environment.
Excellent communication (French mandatory, English an asset).
Capable of listening, diplomacy, and service-oriented.
Rigorous, reactive, and able to work under pressure.
Mastery of office tools.
