GENERAL INFORMATION

Location: Douala
Type of contract: Fixed-term contract

GOALS

Ensure effective monitoring of logistics flows to guarantee the traceability of shipments, optimize delivery times and ensure
customer satisfaction.
MISSIONS
• Monitor the location of vehicles in real time via IT tools (tracking software, GPS, TMS).
• Check the compliance of routes, deadlines and waypoints.
• Identify incidents and alert the relevant services.
• Check compliance with routes and safety instructions.
• Analyze driving data.

SKILLS
• Excellent command of IT tools (Word, Excel, tracking/logistics software)
• Sense of confidentiality and rigor
• Good level of written and oral expression
• Responsiveness, autonomy and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of geolocation tools (TMS-TELEMATIQUE)
• Minimum bac +2 level (BTS SAM, DUT GEA or equivalent)
• Professional bilingualism desired (French and English).
• Good knowledge of road transport regulations

Experience: minimum 02 years
