Senior Risk Analyst

Are you an expert in auditing, internal control, and risk management? Join UCB, a subsidiary of the Kadji Group, and contribute to managing operational, financial, and regulatory risks to ensure the continuity and performance of our activities.

Position: Senior Risk Analyst

Department: Audit, Controls and Risk Management

Contract: Permanent contract

Assignment:

Evaluate and monitor the mitigation of operational, financial, regulatory, environmental and commercial risks to ensure business continuity, compliance and product quality.

Main activities:
Analyze supply chain risks;
Assess regulatory compliance risks;
Identify environmental risks linked to the impact of operations;
Assess operational and financial risks linked to reporting errors, inefficiencies or fraud;
Design and implement mitigation plans to reduce the impact of identified risks;
Monitor performance indicators of risk management plans;
Collect, analyze and interpret data related to incidents or anomalies to reduce trends;
Write detailed reports for management, highlighting areas of vulnerability and opportunities for improvement:
Provide strategic recommendations based on risk analysis to optimize process resilience.

Profile:
Bac+5/Masters Degree in Audit, Internal Control, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in internal control, internal audit, or risk management, ideally in the brewing or food industry
Mastery of risk management, audit and internal control standards (ISO 31000, IIA Standards, COSO)
Knowledge of accounting and financial standards
