Created in 1972, the Union Camerounaise de Brasseries (UCB) is one of the pioneering brewing companies in Cameroon and the largest Cameroonian-owned brewery.

Positioned in the market for drinks and specialty beers, our brewery produces thousands of hectoliters every month, which are marketed in glass bottles, PET bottles, and kegs.

UCB (Kadji Group) is looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Permanent Contract)!

Your role:
Ensure the efficiency of our production process.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the constant availability of production data, reports, and raw materials monitoring.
Key duties:
Manage production dashboards
Participate in improving maintenance procedures
Lead the production and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations
Help resolve operational issues with production equipment to minimize downtime

Required profile:
BAC +2/HND in Industrial Maintenance or any equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Proficient in computer tools (MS Office)
Good ability to work in a team and under pressure
Desired profile:
BAC+2/HND in Industrial Maintenance (or equivalent), 1 year of experience, rigor, and team spirit.
