| 1 | 07 April 2025 | Publication of the authorization to open positions by the Minister in charge of Higher Education. |
| 2 | 09 April 2025 | Publication of the calls for applications by the Director of the National Advanced School of Public Works (NASPW). |
| 3 | 13 June 2025 | Final deadline to receive application files in the NASPW, Diplomatic Missions, and Consular Posts. |
| 4 | 23 – 27 June 2025 | Opening and review of the application files by the NASPW Teachers’ Council, shortlisting eligible candidates in order of merit, as well as listing those not retained. |
| 5 | 07 – 11 July 2025 | Review of application files by the Teaching, Study, Research, and Scientific Council of NASPW, shortlisting eligible candidates in order of merit, as well as listing those not retained. |
| 6 | 21 – 25 July 2025 | Meetings of the Consultative Committee of University Institutions (CCIU) for recruitment of lecturers, associate professors, and professors. |
| 7 | 19 September 2025 | Approval and publication of the lists of successful candidates by the Minister in charge of Higher Education. |
| 8 | 01 October 2025 | Assumption of duty by successful candidates at the National Advanced School of Public Works (NASPW). |
