Under the funding Award from the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention Program at the US
Department of Defense to support implementation of the PEPFAR Care and Treatment Program
within the Cameroon Defense Sector, the organization Association HEADA Cameroon (HEADA)
is seeking suitable candidates with proven experience working to support military HIV care and
treatment program in the following positions (see below) for the period October 1, 2025 to
