BICEC – Support Administrative Manager Job Posting
CALL FOR EXTERNAL CANDIDATES

Position to be filled: SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

MISSION OF THE POSITION

Ensure the animation of the counter, the welcome, and the good execution of Back-Office operations with a view to client satisfaction.
Coordinate the administrative management of the Agency to ensure its proper functioning.
ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION

Control the application of procedures and delivery times.
Ensure the quality of planning and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk controls.
Handle operations in the absence of CTA.
Establish verification plans and obtain DA validation.
Handle client complaint processing.
REQUIRED PROFILE

Teaching diploma (Bac+3 minimum) in accounting, banking, finance, auditing, or control.
3 years minimum banking experience.
Knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge of administrative procedures and banking operation processing.
Mastery of office tools (Suite MS Office and logical Amplitude).
Commercial skills (sales, negotiation, persuasion).
Team spirit and problem-solving ability.
