to prospect and bring back quality properties

Activities:
- Bring quality goods back to the company. ·
- Report information from the field to management ·
- Evaluate the value of real estate ·
- Prepare the description of the property ·
- Define commercial promotion actions ·
- Organize and plan the visit to real estate
- Presentation of products and services. ·
- Make a daily report
Level of study:
- The holder of the position must have at least a bachelor’s degree with experience in a similar position, very desirable. ·
- A diploma in the real estate profession or real estate law would be an important asset
- Mastery of negotiation-sales techniques
- Solid knowledge of law
- Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy
- Spirit of persuasion
LANGUAGES:
- French: required
- English: appreciated
